The TURKPATENT announced that official fees were updated for patent, trademark and design applications as of 1-Jan-2023, in order to compeansate the substantial increase in inflation and exchange rates last year.
Despite this new fee regime includes a range of increase in TRL rates from 60% upto 120%, foreign associates and firms filing applications early last year will not see regardable changes in overall costs.
